16,000 square feet of administrative office and inventory warehouse space at
1877 Vanderhorn Drive, together with an adjacent parking lot in Memphis, TN
from its parent company, SABA, Inc. The Company also leases approximately
29,150 square feet of engineering office and shipping and receiving space at
1861 Vanderhorn Drive, together with an adjacent 30,000 square foot lot used
for storage and product demonstration from an affiliate.
STi, Inc. – The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, STi, Inc., leases
approximately 7,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space at 1877
Vanderhorn Drive in Memphis, TN from ESI Companies, Inc
